Online Game Designer

Job Requirements:

Design and implementation of user interface.
Works with designers and artists in the development of the single & multiplayer online games.
Work with project team members to create innovative web design concepts and be able to work unsupervised.
Assist in determining overall interactive design structure, flow and user experience.
Knows how to integrate web services into Macromedia Flash applications.
Can adjust style to client's brand.
Creative Flexibility.
Acute Vision.
A firm grasp of Internet protocols & standards.
Experience in architecture design and implementation as it applies to the web.
An understanding of content management systems and related issues.
Well-organized, with attention to detail, pride in workmanship and excellent follow-through.
Work must demonstrate superior technical ability, graphic design skills, layout skills and innovative original design and creativity.

Technologies:

Must have experience in PhotoShop and Image Ready, CorelDraw/Adobe Illustrator, Flash and Director.
An expert in ActionScript and/or Lingo.
Experience in object oriented programming.
Macromedia Flash MX design experience, with a proven track record and portfolio.
HTML / XML experience, with a proven track record and samples of work.
Expert Flash optimization skills.
Knowledge of all client-side code, including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and cross browser issues.
Knowledge of Flash Communication Server is a plus.
